Matrix Mobiles have been trading since 2000, dealing in both contract and mobile handset sales. With cheapphonesonline.co.uk we are aiming to provide an extensive range of handsets at the cheapest prices possible.

We deal in brand new, 14-day warranty return, refurbished, end of line and used phones, ensuring the best price for you. All phone information is available on the website, so you know what you are getting before placing an order. If you have any questions about featured phones please do not hesitate to contact us.

Brand New
As from the manufacturer, new phones come with original packaging and are in mint condition.

14-Day Warranty Returns
Customers have returned these products to major high street retailers under their 14-day money back guarantee. In many cases the phones have not been removed from their box.

Refurbished
These are used phones, which have been overhauled to meet customer standards and provide a very cheap alternative to buying new. Some of these models may exhibit slight cosmetic wear.

Discontinued
These are new phones, which have been removed from sale from high street retailers due to being replaced by new models. This is increasingly common given the fast developments in the mobile phone industry. They are in new condition, many coming in their original boxes.

Used
These are second hand phones which have been tested and are in full working order. Some of these models display signs of wear, and scratching on the casing and screen. Used phones come with our normal 90-day warranty and offer a cheap alternative to purchasing a new phone in the event of loss or breakage between upgrades.

How To Order

Ordering is easy on-line via our secure server. Simply click on the "buy now" button to add products to your shopping basket. You can then either continue shopping if you wish to purchase more than one item, or proceed to checkout.

Enter your name and address, and click the continue button. Then click on type of card you are using for payment and enter your details. Once you have completed this you will receive confirmation and an order number via email.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, JCB, Solo and Switch.

Cheques & Postal Orders
You may pay for goods by cheque or postal order, made out to Matrix Mobiles Limited. Please include details of the item ordered, along with your name, address, telephone number and cheque card number. Goods will be dispatched when details have been verified.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery Policy
Delivery to any destination in the UK is free of charge. There are no hidden costs, and the price that appears on the main page is the price you pay. Delivery to other countries will be liable to a delivery charge of £4.99. Some countries may charge duty on goods at the point of import, normally collected by the delivering courier. Individual governments levy this charge, and cheapphonesonline has no control over it.

Deliveries in the UK will normally take 3-5 working days from an order being placed, unless goods are out of stock, in which case we will contact you directly. Deliveries to other countries may take slightly longer, depending on destination.

All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, and will require a signature on receipt. If no one is home to take delivery a card will be left, and items returned to the nearest sorting office to be collected at a more suitable time.

Security
We will not sell or pass on any customer details to any outside party. Information may be used internally, in order to provide a better service to you, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not email you with any offers or information in the future, unless you have given your express consent.

Your credit card number is used only at point of sale (On the Worldpay secure server) , and will not be held on our databases for any reason whatsoever.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods in original condition, along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Credit/Debit card refunds will be made on the day we receive the goods, providing they are in an acceptable condition.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded. Postage remains the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.

Faulty goods may be returned up to 90 days after purchase for an exchange or repair. For brand new phones this guarantee is extended to 12 months.

Refunds or exchanges will not be made available where goods have been wilfully or accidentally damaged, repaired or modified. Battery related problems and water damage to the handset are also not covered.

Availability
We make every effort to ensure that products advertised on our website are in stock. In the event of any item being out of stock, we will contact you within 2 working days of ordering to advise you of a likely delivery date. In this situation you may choose to wait for stock to be replenished, take an alternative product or accept a refund.

Pricing
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices include VAT and delivery to destinations within the UK. A delivery charge of £4.99 is payable on purchases within the rest of Europe. We cannot accept responsibility for errors published on the website, or any promotional material.
